From your initial contact with our office throughout the entire planning stages of your event, NICHE will be there to assist you in both your menu selection and design options. We offer you a vast array of preset menu choices, and even the opportunity to custom build your menu to meet your specific budget – without sacrificing any of our renowned class, prestige or quality.
The NICHE team will be pleased to meet with you and discuss menus that are sure to fulfill and even exceed your expectations. Themed menus can be produced, as well as menus that are detailed to suit the style of the venue.

Special Dietary Accommodations
NICHE is committed to meeting the needs of guests who have special dietary restrictions. With at least 48 hours advanced notice, our chef is able to accommodate most dietary restrictions with an appetizing and healthful alternative to the main entrée. Please consult with us when booking your event.
Some of the products for special diets are not readily available and are considered “special order items” by our vendors, requiring more time for us to obtain them. Therefore, we require a minimum of 1 week notice for special dietary requests in order for us to meet your needs.
Dietary Restrictions and Requirements
It is important that we are giving accurate information so that we can meet any individual requirements.
For your information, a few guidance notes are included.
Dietary requirements can be split into two groups: Medical/Health and Religious:
NICHE is well equipped and experienced with serving Vegetarian, Vegan, Diabetic, Gluten Free, Lactose Free and ‘Allergy free’ cuisine.
NICHE has clients of all faiths and belief systems and we understand and cater to their unique dietary needs. Among the specific religious groups that we cater to are Jewish, Muslim and Hindu clients.
‘Several Outstanding Service Options’
Our catering team can take care of some or all aspects of your party. We can just provide your food or plan your whole event, whether it is a buffet setup or table side service. We offer numerous options for you to choose from, such as china, disposable paper products, tables, chairs, linens, cutlery and glassware.
1. Pick Up
You can pick up your order at our location if that is your preference. Of course, our staff will be happy to load your order into your vehicle.
2. Drop Off
Delivery orders are perfect for a more casual type of entertaining. Our trained delivery staff will ensure that your order is on time.
We will work with your event’s specific needs whether it is a time factor or at a distant location. There are a few delivery options for you to choose from. Please take a moment to read all options carefully to better understand how we can best serve your needs.
a. Cold and Hot Drop-Off Deliveries – In Disposables
We will drop-off your food in your kitchen or office break room. Your food will arrive in disposable aluminum pans, ready for you lay out the spread. We can even supply disposable serving utensils or bowls. Our hot drop-off option is perfect when your eating time is short and you don’t want to worry about equipment.
b. Cold and Hot Setup Deliveries – In Disposables
These delivery options are the same as our Drop-Off delivery, except we will get everything ready for you to eat. This option is great for when you don’t want the bother of setting up the buffet and just want everyone to start eating quickly.
3. Executive Set-Ups
Our executive delivery team will come to your location and setup your food using linens, chafers, and decorative serving platters.
This is our most economical service, just tell us where and when. We will deliver and have your entire buffet set-up and hot, ready for you to enjoy. Setup includes delivering the buffet to your desired location, setting up and lighting the chafing dishes, filling bowls with salads, rolls, appetizers, etc., setting up coffee and tea services, dessert table, and paper products, if included on your order. Our arrival time is 1½ to 2 hours before you are ready to eat. The only thing you need to do is make sure we can access where you would like your food setup and have all of the food tables positioned & ready for our staff. Please have a contact person available all day. Mobile phones are great!
Return & Pickup
If you don’t have time to return our equipment, we will do it for you. Let us know what time to be there and we will drop by & save you the trouble.
4. Full Service Events
We have our own in-house service staff, so you can feel secure in the fact that we train our supervisors, servers, and bartenders ourselves. They are very familiar of our catering menus, special event set-up, and high standards of service. We trust them as family, and therefore take pride in having them as part of our team, serving your friends and family.
